Activate Murton?

I'm in a 12 team 5x5 league and I have Murton on my bench (bummer after yesterday). Question is would you activate him over one of my other starting outfielders, Bay, Griffey, Ichiro, or I have Hermida as my utility guy?

I had him starting in my 12 man league, but I don't have guys the caliber of the ones you listed that are blocking him. I don't see how you start him over those three guys, who are your others?

I didn't have him starting last night either, but he's blocked by Dunn, Burrell, and Sizemore in the OF and ARam at Util. If Sizemore goes 0-for again (he's already 0-2 today), Murton may be in his spot tomorrow.

 

My question is - do I deal one of those OFs for pitching and bank on Murton continuing his great hitting? With CC on the DL, my already weak pitchers are looking even worse.

I don't think he'd typically start over the guys mentioned, but he makes for a decent option when playing in such a hitter's park with known bad pitching (GAP) or on an off day for some of the other outfielders (if you can make daily line up changes.
