Yeah I figured 1-1 after 1 week wasn't bad, but then all of the sudden I was within a handful. I still don't know if my team is good enough to do it all year long, but we'll see what happens.

Crawford stole a base tonight but it didnt register on the game center. I was watching the game so I know it happened and several other sources show a SB as well. Whats up with this?

Carl Crawford just got ejected in the 6th inning. The bizare part about it is that he had just grounded out and was out at first, he slaped his hands together, as he was obviously frustrated with hiself and then was grumbling a few words under his breath as he walked back towards the dugout. His frustration had nothing to do with the play at first since it was not contraversial in any way, not even close. He wasn't looking at any of the umps and the 3rd base umpire threw him out of the game. Here's what I want to know.

A. How could the 3rd base umpire (Garry Darling) have known what he said, since he was on the opposite side of the diamond.

B. What cause did he have for throwing him out of the game?

 

It was just bizare, completely bizare, not to mention wrong. The poor Rays were already short on the bench with all the injuries they have now the only guy left on the bench is Cantu and he supposively wasn't healthy enough to start the game.

 

You know the great thing about fantasy baseball is it draws you into watching games you would never otherwise have any interest in. I have the extra innings package so Im watching an aweful lot of baseball.

Apparently Crawford was thrown out because when he got back to the dugout he threw his helmet and it bounced over the railing of the dugout and into the dirt in front of the dugout, apparently that was enough for Darling to eject him. Bah! seems bogus to me

Uggla! with a 10.5 point day. With Cantu being out with that bruised foot I had to pick up someone, I didnt expect those kinda numbers though. He wasn't even on waivers when I picked him up.

Markakis should be eligible for RF now he has 5 games played there according to the elegibility list, he has 4 games in LF and 3 in CF. Why is he even tagged as a LF when he has less games there? I thought 5 games made you elegible for a possition, can you fix this please?

Thanks Tim, I'll let you know when he gets 5 games in CF shouldn't be long. Markakis is going to be my OF super sub if he puts up good numbers. The Orioles have to many outfielders though. He's gotten fairly consistant playing time though.

Tim, Markakis played his 5th game in CF today, if you could please fix his elegibility to include CF I would really appriciate it. Im going to need him especially if Edmonds misses any more games with that shoulder problem.

I apparently am not going to compete this year, first day of the period and Im already down by like 30 points in both games. maybe I should just trade for prospects and try and prepare for next year *sigh*

My strategy of garnering as many starts as possible isn't working so well this week. I've lost 25.25 points from lousy starts, not including the points I'll lose overnight when Jerome's total bases allowed get added up.

I have Chipper Jones in my Utility spot tonight but his stats are not posting, I get the blue box around him when he is at the plate but then it doesnt post what he does. So far he is 2/3 with a HR a run and 2 RBI and I havent gotten credit for any of that.
