Maybe I'm sensitive, but as a resident of Kentucky, formerly of a hick town, I wish you'd say you hate bigots, racists, or anything else that doesn't denote a certain area of the country, lumping all who live there in with jerks.

 

In Lexington? There are people in Louisville and Cincinnati who would disagree with that statement.

Coon asses, or Cajuns, are from South Louisiana. Vance, you know that up here in NLA we are rednecks, hicks, or even Yanks.

 

There is a sort of "equator" in Louisiana, in the middle of the state - approximately Alexandria. Anything north of Alexandria is generally Baptist/Redneck, and anything south of Alec (abbreviated slang term for Alexandria) is generally Catholic/Coonass.
