Those + improving the inflow of US prospects, too. I haven't been very proud/fond of the drafts lately.

 

And keep these guys HEALTHY. We went from DEEP in pitching to...meh because of all the injuries that have hit guys like Blasko, Hagerty, Petrick, and so many others.
