I"m in a money league, 14 teams, 7x7 roto (5x5 with triples and walks for hitters and k/9 and cg for pitchers) C: Jorge Posada 1B: Albert Pujols 2B: Howie Kendrick SS: Hanley Ramirez 3B: Alex Gordon OF: Delmon Young OF: Jason Bay OF: Nick Markakis Util: Moises Alou BN: Mark DeRosa BN: Luke Scott BN: Troy Tulowitzki SP: Ben Sheets SP: Matt Cain RP: Francisco Rodriguez RP: Chad Cordero P: Jonathan Broxton P: Solomon Torres P: Aaron Harang (a swank 6 CG last year) BN: Dave Bush BN: Anthony Reyes I considered another SP, but we have a small innings cap (1300) and I like all the guys I do have. I think I might have some problems in power departments though. I'm expecting big things out of four young hitters, and I can't afford to have them be mediocre all year (Kendrick, Gordon, Young, Markakis) Any help (bear in mind, 294 players were taken) would be much appreciated.

Yeah, I was thinking there should be some sort of later pick thrown in. I don't think I'd be pissed if it was just 6 for 31 and Briggs, but to really be happy with it I'd like to see them get a sweetener. What if the Bears could get the Pats' two picks with that 6 pick?

Let me add that I love the Knicks tanking this past week. Keeps me optimistic about our potential draft choice and FOUR MORE YEARS of the Isiah regime. Maybe we can swing a deal for David Lee :D

Love the team. Three top tier starters and four closers which can fill a void during the season. The thing about stacking closers, though, is that the strategy is so much better in roto. Still, people pay high amounts for saves. If you can get a high K guy for one of your mid tier closers, you'd be wise to pounce.

This is very important information. CHEAP SEATS! Do they have $10 seats for the playoffs, as well? The Bulls pull away late and take it 100-89. Thursday's big game against Detroit will be on CSNC/TNT. I think they were 12 last year. Though, they'll probably sell out in less than 4 minutes. I'm gonna try and get four, though.

I don't think it was a matter of not wanting to sign Bush, but a lengthy holdout was definitely possible. They did "want" Williams, but being able to strike a deal before the draft started clinched it. Had they been unable to get a deal with Williams done before the draft, I don't think they would have taken him.

It depends. In Chicago, I'll go 10 over max. On semi-highways, I'll do up to 15. On interstates, I'll go about 15 (speed limit of 55) over.

Did they really love him, or did they take him because they knew they'd sign him (while a lengthy holdout with Bush was likely)? Choice C is that Charley Casserly is an idiot and this could be just as plausible.

Long days with school and work (full time school and work is hard :( ) Don't hold up the draft time because of me. I have only a few rounds to draft and I'd do a hardcore pre-rank to make sure I'd get guys I want. That is, if we aren't doing the draft tomorrow night. I've got two other drafts tomorrow and was hoping to knock em all out in one day :D

How about during the day on Sat/Sun? Friday, I get to work @ 1, Saturday I'm out from 8 in the morning til 11 @ night and Sunday, I get home @ 9:00 (leave @ 9 in the morning)
