    regardless of what Brenly says, that looked intentional. whered he hit him? I backed it up to that point...did look intentional to me as well. It looked like it hit him in the belt/hip area. Issues were warned but nothing else happened. YEAH!!! Macias up to lead it off!

    Yeah...he eventually sat up and then walked off the field. The replay looked more glancing that a direct blow but still it looked painful. Murton batting.

    There's a world of difference between Patterson having an AB like with the experience he has and the talent he has shown in the past and with Theriot's first ML AB.

    I agree...but I'd rather they play 100% of the time...see what they're made of. The season is lost. And, even if by some chance that a miracle happens and they happen to surpass Houston (I don't believe they will), I think they're toast in the post-season. I'd rather see how the kids do (and hopefully win some games) than have them win and go to the post-season only to fade out quickly anyway.
