I think UCF's stadium isn't more than 5 years old. That could be a good stepping stone for a career if the rest of the facilities are nice. That conference isn't too tough, either. I think you gotta be crazy to take the Miss. State job, though. I've heard the facilities at Miss State are horrible - otherwise I don't think it's that much worse than any other mid-level SEC program. It's more about who you're up against week in and week out. Miles, Nutt, Saban, Meyer, Petrino, Spurrier, etc. That and I've heard it's tough to recruit there.
