    I really like the 2-5, especially the 3-5. I hope Murton has a good game so Dusty will leave him in the 3 spot for at least a few games.

    Great, so now they can call up Reyes who will win every game by tossing a complete game shutout. And can we change the thread title since, you know, he's currently not headed to the DL, but rather possibly headed there.

    In fairness, Neifi has been really good against Smoltz in his career (8-23). I don't have a problem with him being in the lineup today.

    you honestly think that getting ONE guy back is going to turn the second worst offense in baseball to an offense capable of contending for a world series? I think it could happen. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the Cubs were scoring over 5 runs a game before Lee got hurt. We have a huge hole to dig ourself out of, but I think that we can score enough runs to win games once Lee gets back.

    I think he was clearly out. If you slow it down (or pause it at just the right time), you can see that the kid tagged him right as he put his arm down, and right as the runner's leg was about a foot from the plate.

    LOL, was there any doubt that Womack would hit second? Three lefties in a row... that's not very Dusty-like.
