    It may be spotty, but it can't be any worse than Howry's Spotty? The balls are going everywhere! True, however, Howry's balls were getting hammered, while Marmol's balls are landing either at the catcher's glove or in the dirt. That sentence kind of hurt to read.

    He topped out around 97-98 in past games (starts) so I'm sure he could do a one-time 99 but the pitch might not be too hot in the location department. It was a strike. Cubs win!!!

    That's not uncommon amongst bad baseball players. ??? DeRosa isn't a "bad baseball player." Not compared to every living human on the planet. Compared to other MLB players, he is. Yeah, no he's not. But since we're just making things up... I'm an awesome basketball player.

    I'd rather have him bat with two outs and the bases empty than a good hitter. Might as well save the good hitters til situations where they can do more damage.
