No need to DFA him. Justine became Justin again from October to April. Just use the Iowa shuttle until the first of September. Let Chatsuck pitch in blowouts only. And then on September 1, let him hold Lester Strode's binder for the rest of the season. Clearly won't be on the pre-season roster.
