    Hiring Stan Parrish was probably the worst decision ever made by Ball State. I know it was one of the worst decision made by Kansas State when he was hired. "I'll never use the word rebuild: you'll never hear it here," were some of Parrish's first words when he was introduced as KSU's coach in '85. 2-30-1 was his record in Kansas State. His offense was better dubbed "Error Parrish," during his tenture in Manhattan.

    I think the Royals are probably looking for a high caliber type of a prospect(s), the one that is probably MLB ready in 2011/2012, and others in 2012/2013. Most of their core players are still in the minors, and I don't anticipate them bringing those players up until the end of the 2011 season or the beginning of the 2012 season. Of course, I'm just speculating. I just hope, for KC sake, that they don't pull something like the Dye for Perez trade.

    He has a concussion. If that doesn't mean anything to you, then you have no idea what a concussion is like and the long term effects. I don't really buy the "concussion" comment, but it's just my opinion.

KU AD Lew Perkins is retiring, effective immedately. http://www.news.ku.edu/2010/september/7/announcement.shtml I never thought a guy could pull the Turner Gill hire out of hat amid a IRS/NCAA million dollar ticket scandal, put the KUAC into 40 million in debt, claim blackmail, write his own golden parachute where he works another year, retires with a full pension and then gives the Big XII the gift of a loss to NDSU. He's an incredible shark.

    YAY! From what I'm being told they're appealing to play this year due to the health of their dad. Glad to have them in Purple! Correct. A guy that I know, knows a guy that works in the NCAA Compliance world, and he tells us that Arthur has a much better chance to be eligible than Bryce does as of this point. However, in order for Bryce to be eligible, the situation where every single card will have to fall perfectly.
