I think we need to clarify that this isn't illegal. We have enough confusion in this league without calling legal rosters illegal just bc you have some starting player spots empty. Yes, thank you. *I* know it's legal and what has to happen in order to stay at the number of starts required, but in case someone sees on the league that I'm coming up illegal, that's why. The tools on CBS are great, until they aren't! Darn Brandon McCarthy - 2 starts in the first week a good thing, but had to forsake others to get those in :) I think we need to do what we did last year. Owners with potential roster issues need to make comments in the weekly thread so the opponent and others are aware of the issues. I think it worked out well last year.

No actually I had 8...but at the time of the first game I checked my roster and it was legal not realizing of the expanded roster. I still contend that the extra bench did not impact the scoring because Ackley was going to start 2B all along. Even if I had dropped the extra players no one would have been able to pick them up anyway because of the 2 day waiver rules. It does not matter...take the points away...my last post was merely to explain the moves. We had a similar process last year so there are no confusion about moves made. I also don't want anyone saying that I can't get points because my roster is illegal which yesterday it was.

I will have to explain my move this morning because people start to complain about cheating and not following the rules. Andrew Bailey is on IR. I picked up Brett Myers but because Brett Myers is not considered a RP I can't even though he is I can't put him in the RP slot. My team is illegal so I put in Felix Doubront in as a RP temporarily since he is coded as a RP but is really a SP. I will make sure he is taken out of RP once he starts for Boston. By then I will not know if Brett Myers will get a start or even he will even be considered a RP by then so I will have to take out Felix Doubront as RP before his start so this will make me illegal.

Tim made his pick around 1pm so if we use the 6 hours time limit Shane's pick should be skipped in about 1 1/2 hours so we can go to Clint and end this draft.

and in my matchup, roadster had an oakland reliever in his lineup that he dropped after the game. that obv would have given him an advantage had the guy pitched. and, like GR said, keeping 8 guys on your bench prevents other teams from picking those guys up. if you start a thread titled "LEGAL ROSTERS BY 3/28," there absolutely has to be some type of penalty for not abiding by the rule. He scored zero points where is the advantage. If he scored a point then deduct it but I should not get penalized for the points gained by Hernandez,

Is the prospect's draft officially over? Bazingas picked up a couple of minor leaguers so is it ok to start picking up players???

Joe Wieland is on my team but if you wait a couple of days I will end up dropping him. You can have my 3rd round pick in next year's prospects draft for your 3rd this year... So what happens now if Truffle trades me his 3rd round pick this year, can I pick up Kolten Wong since the Wieland pick was illegal?

You have enough hitting plus I would rather have the 2 starts week from Lincecum against Granderson - I think Granderson will slighly regress this year.
