Guaranteed Are there any interesting catchers in the minors that Lou will pine for? What's Michael Barrett up to? Dont think we have anyone down there near ready. Castillo isnt near ready, and other than that our catchers aren't anything special

    So I have DirectTV and the Cards/Reds game is blacked out on ESPN but Im getting it on MLB free preview. Am I right in assuming the Cubs game will be blacked out on ESPN, but Ill be able to get the Braves broadcast on the free preview?

    No no no, that doesnt happen to Chris Carpenter. Hes a different breed of pitcher who after giving up a HR, tends to get even more fierce and competiive and shut the other teams down. Other pitchers fall apart, but not Chris [expletive] Carpenter, Hrabosky said so damnit.

    Like I said in page 1, this is my first year with EI. I couldn't decide if I was going to watch this on ESPN or the ST louis feed or Cincy, looks like I made the right choice I wish I had the option. The game is blacked out on ESPN for me. I have DirecTV and the Stl announcers are my only option
