Bulls up 69-68 at the end of 3. They continue to have outstanding 3rd quarters.

Well, apparently AD is going to be out for the Celtics game. Harrington is going to get the start in place of him. The Bulls had quite an interesting day trying to get to practice on Mon. First their bus broke down, then the bus HIT A TAXICAB lol! So Detroit will be victim #10 then huh :wink: I like our chances against the Celts and Hawks, but the Detroit game will be tough. They are starting to play really good basketball, so it should be a fun one. I couldnt believe what I saw on ESPN today. They were giving all sorts of props to the Bulls. Ric Bucher(sp?) was just complimenting the hell out of the team, and Skiles. He also said that he thinks the Bulls will make the playoffs, and if they do, could give any team in the East a run for their money. Greg Anthony(who was at the game yesterday) was all over the Bulls jocks lol. He said Hinrich and Gordon are winners and the league better watch out. He said Deng plays like hes been in the league for 5 years, and mentioned Pips name with him. Said that Pip really likes Dengs game and Deng has the upside of Pip or better. He also said the Bulls will make the playoffs and give teams fits. They are the exact type of team that you dont want to play in a playoff series..young and extremely talented.

Was it Hugh Hollins that made that call? Well, that Knick fan is absolutely delusional. The Ben Gordon shot was a thing of beauty. Beautiful. He should watch Ben play more often, because he can make big shots like that and create for himself. Wow, what a relief we don't have the 35% FG shooting, can't create a shot to save his life, has a bad attitude, Jamal Crawford on the team. Thanks Isaiah. Yup that would be the famous Hugh Hollins call.

This team just keeps amazing me. If they ever learn to cut those turnovers in half these games wont be as close. Skiles has an ability to make adjustments at the half. The Bulls always seem to make a run right after half, and that to me is signs of a good coach. The players are completly buying Skiles philosophy. 1 game under .500 just unreal.

Deng did start Rais, AD didnt because of a minor back problem. Turnovers are this teams main problem, and until Gordon starts cutting back on them hes not going to get a lot of minutes. Its a shame cause his offense is explosive, but he makes terrible decisions with the ball. I hope its just him being a rookie, cause his offense is needed. The announcing crew said Deng came off the bench. I do wish Gordon would get more PT, but I haven't seen too many games, so I don't know what his turnover problems are like. Well I think they are wrong Rais, I know they announced him in the starting lineup so. Last I heard Gordon was averaging like almost 5 TO's a game which is I believe tops in the league. Not good for somebody who doesnt average 30 mins a game.

keener, could you do me a favor? i don't know if you're doing this intentionally or not, i see a lot of people do it, so it may be a joke or something, but it's gordon, not gordan. Sulley, yea no problem. I dont know what I was thinking. I had an ex with the same last name so I dont know why I keep putting "a" instead of "o".

Absolutey AMAZING!!! The ending to this game makes up for the uglyness of the rest of the game. Wow just wow. Rais,my guess is Gordan wasnt in the game near the end because he seriously turns the ball over way to much. In a close game like that where you have to value your possesions you cant take the risk. He makes alot of stupid unforced TO's that is just frustrating as hell. 6 IN A ROW BABY!!

What gamecast are you using? ESPN's, but I believe NBA.com's is faster. Raw, the game on Monday is on WGN. Don't lie Mark, you were going nuts for the Big Macs. Bulls lead 26-24 with 9:00 to go. in the second quarter. Im watching on Comcast :D :wink:

Here is a fantastic article from Mike Downey at the Trib. The Bulls have held 20 opponents in a row now to under 100 points. They have also taken over the lead in opponents fg%. Unbelievable for such a young team, to be playing such awesome D. The Bulls got respect from AI after the game also. He said that this team is going to do alot of good things. They put their foot on our neck and wouldnt let us up. It really is nice not to be embarrassed anymore admitting that I am a Bulls fan. Well, apparently Gordan was unavailable due to a mild back sprain. The trainer says he doesnt think its anything serious. I hope hes available for the game tomorrow vs. Philly.

Burnt Out, while I agree this game was not very pretty at all, I dont think you can just take this 1 game and say that once they start facing tougher competition they will start losing again. The Bulls have no just been beating cupcakes for their victories. In the article I posted a page back, it says the Bulls have beaten like 6 of the 8 playoff teams as of right now. There was noway to get this game into a rhythm when there was 10 fouls called in 2 mins in I believe the start of the third quarter. 8 of those fouls were on the Bulls. Noway can 2 teams get into a rhythm when fouls are being called at that rate. Also, Piatkowski, Griffin, Harrington(who played tough), all logged considerable minutes tonight because of the foul trouble, Deng turning the ball over, and Gordans mystery illness. So while I understand the Bulls didnt look good, dont let tonights game skew your excitement about this team. They are an exceptional defensive team, and that is with 4 players with less than 2 years of experience in the rotation. Previous Bulls teams would have lost games like this in the 4th, but this team doesnt quit. Keep the faith Burnt Out lol.

Sulley Skiles said after the game something was wrong with Ben and he wasnt available for the 2nd half.

BULLS WIN!!! Thats 4 in a row!! Othella Harrington had a hell of a game. 20 points. Bulls were up by 20 at the end of 3 but had a terrible 4th, couldnt hit anything. 94-85 final score. Bring on PHilly Wednesday!

Bulls have went on another of their impressive 3rd quarter spurts despite Curry being in foul trouble. Bulls are now up 80-63 with 2 mins left in the 3rd
