    I think Miller to the 60-day is more likely. Yea but I think hes suggesting that as to how Gallagher is getting on the 25 man. No, because moving Blanco from the 15-day to the 60-day DL would not clear a space on the 25-man roster. Ya I forgot they put Blanco on the 15 day.

    The only way this *might* include Jones in a trade would be if a pitcher on the current roster is also included. Otherwise, just replacing Jones' spot on the roster means the Cubs would have 13 pitchers and only 12 position players.....I don't think so! Arent we at 11 pitchers right now? Eyre Howry Demp Guz Marmol Ohman and 5 starters

    I'd bet Scottie Pippen had the same issue when he came out. He'll get stronger. I think that comparison doesnt make a whole lot of sense. Durant is a big man where Pip wasnt. Durant is going to have a lot bigger people guarding him, and vice versa than what Pip had to deal with. But yes he will get stronger. Yep everyone should pass on him until the9th pick. :P I am sure this won't effect him one iota. Ok you get the other 8 GM's in front of the Bulls to agree to this, and I will forget about him being a pansy :wink:

    Thats what I was doing with saying Jones traded. Since Bruce seemed kinda sly about just saying nope, I think its a trade and not somebody on the DL.

    Jones isnt in the starting lineup hmmm. This would be one way to get back to 12 pitchers like Lou likes.

    Man I really hope there is nothing wrong with Marshall. Hes pitched awfully good. But since Seans father is going to ATL, you have to think it has to do with one of those starters. Well it cant be Lilly cause hes pitching tonight, or Z, cause hes going tomorrow. So that leaves Marshall or Marquis?

    that's officially my guess. suspending him is quite stupid for the team's sake. As far as I know, they can't just suspend him and add a guy to the 25-man roster, there would have to be another move, and that would punish somebody else for Z's actions, no? Right, but if Zambrano instigated a fight, isn't it stupid not to suspend him for a start? I'd think it would make more sense to give Guzman a start and just go five innings in Zambrano's place, than to call up Gallagher and have to do something with another player. Yea to me if this was just a Zambrano missing a start thing, or even somebody else missing a start, then Guz or Marmol would take that start you would think. I have to believe there is a trade or hopefully we are done with the Scott Eyre ERA.(no pun intended)

    I think releaseing Miller seems the most logical to get him on 40 man doesnt it?

    Four days ago. His next scheduled start for Tennessee would have been tomorrow, which is also Zambrano's next scheduled start for the Cubs. Coincidence or not remains to be seen. Hmm that seems awfully conincidental doesnt it? Things never get boring for us Cub fans this year huh lol

    Well not surprising but Oden tested as the strongest player in the draft. However Kevin Durant tested umm a little weak. Durant couldnt bench press 180lbs 1 time wow. I knew he wasnt that strong, but 180lbs? not once?

    Your point? I hardly ever go to those sites as I can get the same info here. This is the first place I usually check when I get on the net so it would be kinda nice to have the standings back on the front page like they have been in the past.

    What I think is BS about Lous suspension is MLB using the phrase "he incited the crowd". So its Lous fault that a bunch of dumbasses threw trash on the field? Lou has no control what those dumbasses do, so dont use that as reasoning for giving him a suspension.
