    While I tend to agree, it looks like IL's secondary are bringing some pretty big hits. Looks to me like they are hearing footsteps and dropping alot because of it.

    Wisconsin has given up on the run as they cant do anything on the ground. Lets put some more points on the board before half.

    I just watched it again. The Wisconsin player wasn't even trying to hit him, he was diving for the ball in case it was ruled a backwards pass. Good field goal by Illinois-keep it up Illini! I'd like another week like last week where several people in the top 10-15 go down. Maybe so, they didnt show a replay of it, but when it happened I thought the recievers knee was blown out.

    Maybe in years past it was, but the talent on the IL team is more than what many of the Lions teams have had. IL up 7-0 after the 1st. Wisconsin cant stop Mendenhall, and they cant get anything on the ground against IL.

    Wiscy drives down the field on IL but IL toughens up and holds them, and Wisc misses the field goal. Wisconsin cant stop Mendenhall at all

    I dont think anyone here is saying they think its Lous fault we lost. However its the managers job to put the team in the best position to win each game, and Lou hasnt done that at all, and is continuing to not do so by starting Kendall over the one guy who has decided to show up in the playoffs, Soto.

    I really find it funny that people are still saying the Dbacks suck. I know beating the Cubs isnt a great accomplishment, but beating the Phillies isnt either. Their bullpen is horrible, and outside of Hamels their pitching isnt that great. It took a monumental collapse just for Philly to make the playoffs.

    Just like the Cubs would destroy the Dbacks? The Dbacks are for real, it will be a hell of a series. They aren't for real. Gimme a break. That series would go 5 games at best. LOL How in the hell can you say they arent for real after they have kicked the Cubs asses the 1st 2 games of this season. They won 90 games, and have completely dominated this series, so you gimme a break. So you're picking the D'backs to win that series. Care to make a wager? Im not betting on the Dbacks, but it wont be a total destruction like you are saying. I'd bet a good amount of money it would be total destruction. They are completely dominating the 2nd best offense in the entire MLB. And the Dbacks arent really having much prpblem with the 2nd best pitching staff in the NL either.

    we've got a lot of baseball left. Yea we do we have 2008, 2009, 2010, etc... just wish we had more left in 2007
