  1. Nice read Soriano. Now how about you do something Theriot and we dont have to worry bout Schlitter facing Pujols
  2. Just make an out Theriot so we can use Marmol to face Pujols next inning, and then roll the lineup over next inning.
  3. Why didnt Lou double switch for Marmol? He may have to bring Brian [expletive] Schlitter in the game to face Pujols...........
  4. God I hate Jason Motte. The bastard needs to lay off the crank
  5. Give it a [expletive] rest man. The ONLY time you post here is to talk [expletive] about Dempster for some weird crazy ass reason. Give it up, did he [expletive] your girfriend or something?
  6. Yes please. Hes definitely doing all he can tonight to speak highly of the Cubs, the owners, and the city.
  7. Carpenter is such a whiny bitch. Suck it Carp
  8. Nice catch Byrd, dont ever [expletive] do it again
  9. The quality of umpiring was pretty poor in many ways today. That being said, we can't expect to win games started by Jeff Suppan or Blake Hawksworth. It may have been poor but its not what made you lose today or yesterday. The Cubs have been on the other end of bad calls plenty this year. It sucks, but it happens, and saying you are playing 2 teams is just sour grapes. There were some very questionable calls, that's all. It's also interesting to see the Cardinals lose 3 straight right after they go on an 8 game winning streak, and somehow I'm not surprised. There are questionable calls all the time. Byrd being called out at 1st was a questionable call the Cardinals received. Like I said the Cubs have been on the wrong end of some pretty blatant bad calls this year, it happens. The Cardinals lost because their starting pitching has sucked the last 2 days. Point blank, no if, ands, or buts. about it.

  11. In large part because Colletti is willing to overpay with prospects. Their system isn't as deep as it once was, but they still have guys who would fit very nicely into the Cubs' farm. Ok makes sense.
