  1. Perfect replacement for Hendry
  2. No Olympics in Chicago, they are out after the 1st round of voting.
  3. OU wont shut the Canes out, book it.
  4. So far this year Jackson has been worth more points, and Carolinas offensive suckitude scares me that Williams isnt going to have the year he had last year. Add in Jacksons punt returning skills also, and I dont see Williams as the much better player of the two. Eh, you're trading from your weaker position (RB) to add to your stronger position (WR). I would pass. Thats my main worry. I was thinking if I did the deal, I could possibly send either Hester or Cotchery somewhere for a decent back. If Buffalo would give Lynch the carries like he had last year hes a legit #1 back, and Cadilac or Donald Brown arent terrible #2 backs, but if I could trade some of my depth at WR (minus Johnson and Jackson) I could upgrade my # 2 back. Decisions decisions.

  6. Would you make this trade. I trade DeAngelo Williams, and receive Desean Jackson? Im pretty deep at WR already with Andre Johnson, Vincent Jackson, Cotchery, Knox, and Hester. My RB's Im kind of thin with Williams, Cadilac, Lynch, and Donnie Brown. Im thinking about doing it as whatever I lack in RB's, my recievers would be real good. Oh and its a 2WR, 2RB, 1Flex type of league.
  7. Lou sure is a genius huh? Weurtz, while actually getting regular work, went on to be a dominant guy out of the pen, while we ran Aaron Heilman, Jeff Samardja, David Patton, and Kevin Gregg out there on a consistent basis to get rocked. Good call Lou and Jim.
  8. I dropped the New England D and picked up Cincy's D for this week. Lets go Bengals!
  9. How bout them Cowboys!
  10. You are really going to use the "Delhomo" when your QB's name is Romo? :D
  11. http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=6152  :D This is something where Bear fans will think of it as a good thing, and opposing fans will see it as whining. I watched his postgame. He was laughing when he said that. He actually was really funny during that pc. They asked him about the shovel pass and he said something like "Well I saw Brett do that a lot so I thought I'd try it. I don't think I'll be adding that to my repertoire too often." The best part of that interview was when they asked if anybody else had any questions, and as soon as that person said it, Jay says"Nope, ok thanks guys" and walks off the stage.
  12. The 1st guy there to make the tackle is supposed to wrap up, and then let everyone else try for the strip.
  13. Detroit may be headed in the right direction, but saying they are because their numbers improved against a terrible Washington Redskins team doesnt mean much to me. Their 1st 2 games of the year they played 2 pretty good teams, and Stafford struggled. Id like to believe that Lovie will come up with a gameplan with a lot of different looks and blitzes to confuse the hell out of Stafford. Our run D does scare me a little as they struggled at times for Jones yesterday, but they should be able to key the run against the Lions. Im picking a score of something around 28-10 Bears.
  14. Mare missed 2 FG's and Gould missed 1. The 1 Gould missed should have never been kicked, and the Bears should have punted to pin Seattle deep in their own territory. Had they done that, Im pretty confident Seattle doesnt drive the length of the field for a TD.
  15. Yea Im hoping he takes over for Lovie Smith whenever Lovie is fired/leaves. I can't tell whether you guys don't like him or do like him. Im not sure what the hard part is about figuring out how we feel about Singletary.
  16. Yea Im hoping he takes over for Lovie Smith whenever Lovie is fired/leaves.
  17. Do you think Tommy Hanson will be successful next year? Thats a ridiculous comparison.
  18. Need 3 Rb's APete vs Green Bay(obviously hes starting) Marshawn Lynch vs Mia(1st game off suspension) Clinton Portis vs TB(40 yards vs Det?WTF) Julious Jones vs Indy Sproles vs Pitt
  19. Manning is ridiculous. He makes it look soooooo easy
  20. Manning is shredding them apart
  21. Definitely sounds like the Cubs have no plans of Harden coming back next year. Including Samardzija is ridiculous.
  22. I love 10am West Coast games :D This is how Bears football is supposed to be. Wake up hungover, turn the TV on, and have the Bears game starting.
  23. Heh go figure. Turner didnt even call that TD pass to Olsen, it was 1 play of 3 or 4 that he let Cutler choose from.
  24. Call it ugly if you want, and the 1st half was, but the Bears only had 28 less yards than Seattle, and Seattle ran 18 more plays than the Bears.
