What? Why? He's awesome. He's a magnet for getting thrown out at 2b on bad calls, getting Castro called lazy by being bad at coming in on a short pop-up, and ineptly limping after triples in the gap that ruin Kyle Hendricks' ERA.

The great thing about replay is that we can streamline it so it doesn't break up the game too much, and it eliminates controversial plays because we can be sure they got it right.

*shrug* Quality of contact on BIP is subject to a ton of variance too, especially over small samples.

Can't believe Vermette has been so bad he is the odd man out for Game 1. He hasn't been--Q is just being an [expletive]. Versteeg and especially Nordstrom deserve to sit over Vermette. We split in Nashville, getting terribly outplayed but Crawford steals one, then lose game 3 at home. Q decides to start playing the good lines and we win in 6.
