Bump for putting Schlitter in there over Strop, Motte or just about anyone but maybe jxn.

1) Don't put Schlitter in crucial situations. He's a mop-up guy. 2) If we're committed to pitch-framing, we're committed to pitch-framing. If Montero's catching, I bet that's a strike. 3) Booo

I don't mind Schlitter as much as many but is he really our best option here?

Frustration for me. We all know KB is better than this, especially that piss-poor final swing. He's getting into his own head. He's a little amped up, but I expect a lot of at-bats like this from him. This is what guys who whiff of 33% of their AAA swings look like against good MLB pitching. He's still going to put 25+ mistakes over the wall this year.

Well, for comparison, Prior topped out at No. 2 on Baseball America's lists. Putting aside "screw pitchers," I'd consider them pretty comparable as prospects, but if you are making me pick one, I'd pick Bryant. With "screw pitchers" in the mix, Bryant easily. -
Remember when Soler homered in his first MLB PA? I can't even imagine the hype if Bryant does.

None of them had any comments yet when I went there. I don't read articles, it just slows me down on the way to go argue in the comments sections.
