One of the first things that jumped out at me watching Khalil mack highlight videos right after we traded for him was how non-violent his sacks usually were. For as much havoc as he causes, he almost always drags them down with arm tackles, even to the point where he moves his body so he hits the ground first and just pulls them down. It was refreshing (not in a "hey he won't get penalties" way, but in a "i don't feel dirty watching that" sort of way). I am totally fine if football moves that direction. That's where it needs to go, and I think it will get there, it's just gonna take years. Players and fans are still too inculturated to think about "hits" rather than tackles. But it's slowly turning.
