Kat unless you know how to drop an engine in or change the barings don't. You can get a nice used Honda CRX that will last forever for about 2300. It is important to know if the owner of the previous car was religious about changing the oil. Good luck

Simontacchi was good? I seem to remember a guy with an ERA over 5 who got lucky to be pitching for a team with a tremendous offense. I agree it's low risk, but it's nowhere near high reward. If he returns, he'll never be very good. He might become a mediocre 5th starter if healthy. though if he can show some flavor at triple AAA and win a cpl at the majors, come trade time he may land us what we need to get over the top.

Ya, but but Jones said "he is working on it" what he is working on we don't know. I think a one yr contract with a trade clause in it would have been the best contract for him. I think Henry is fullfilling the Canadian player quota establish by the Treaty of Ghent stating that all MLB teams must have some reference to a Canadian player in their orginization or at least a guy who has a name that sounds Canadian. Read the treaty its there in black and white

Either hendry sweetened a deal including Prior or offered something like: Murton, Hill, Pie for Tejada What does "move on" mean? I wonder what the urgency is. I had always been under the impression that they wanted Prior not that we offered them Prior...that is disturbing
