    He caught the ball, took two steps, and dove. LOL Duncan, at least he got his jersey dirty. Yeah it was ridiculous. Of course the best fans in baseball gave him a standing o. I loved his attempted catch last night It pisses me off, they can play guys like him, Ludwick, and Ankiel. Yet it doesn't ever bite them in the ass like us. Um Grace I think the Tigers also have a 19 year old playing. Maybin is 20. Damn when did he turn?? April

    I don't understand the strange hatred for Marshall by some people. He's a good 5th starter who's making league minimum.

    chance for a 3some? Nope. Not at all. But it should be taken into account the anger that the girlfriend will have for dissing her, and the amount of sucking up I'll have to do tomorrow. Her friends are butterfaces and grenades? No. Attractive, but a couple are another b-word that can't be said on a family site. But I have a better chance of getting some tonight if I go out with her. It's a tough decision. It basically comes down to 50/50 chance for sex vs. the cubs.

    The acquisition of Craig Monroe for a PTBNL. I think he's talking about who's going to be removed from the 25-man.

    Looking at minorleaguebaseball.com, it looks like Guzman hasn't pitched in a live game since July 7th, so I'm guessing he's probably done for the year. Rotoworld's latest on Guzman was from August 3rd: I wouldn't be too optimistic about him coming back and helping us this season.

    Detroit is speculating that it's Rapada. "Leyland stopped short of disclosing the traded player, but speculation is centered on Clay Rapada, who is 6-2 with a 3.74 ERA at Triple-A Iowa." link Rapada is on the 40-man, which means he'd have to clear waivers to be traded. Pretty doubtful that a cheap lefty reliever with decent numbers makes it through waivers.

    Just got home from work. Saw the Cubs couldn't put any more runs on the board. More importantly, there are tons of trees down in my neighborhood and in front of my apartment. Some unlucky bastard now has a huge tree branch in the back of his Jeep. Looks like more storms are coming. Kind of scary stuff.
