    both those teams suck...it's not like they're 30 games over .500 or something. quit whining...it's pathetic. not whining at all - it's true... see: braun, ryan, gross, ankiel and all those guys are to blame for the $100 mil cubs being three games over .500. Exactly. If we were in another division we'd be in much worse shape than we are now.

    This seriously looks like one of those big kids in little league who throws really hard and just dominates the opposing team. The Cubs look pathetic at the plate.

    Pignatiello ? He's probably the one carrying it, but it's got gum, seeds, etc in it for all the relievers. They make the most rookie of the bunch carry it every day.

    This isn't even fun to watch. Lincecum is mowing through our lineup.

    Easy popup that Jones for some reason thought was much deeper than it actually was. He ended up rushing in, but was way too late. Ball dropped in front of him.

    I don't think I've ever seen an outfielder have as much trouble tracking fly balls as Jacque does. Ridiculous.

    Brewers up 2-0 in the 5th and the Cards just took the lead 3-2 in the bottom of the 8th. Not looking good for us.

    Why would they get rid of Hill now when they can wait 11 days and have both on the roster? If they wanted Hill gone, they would have been rid of him weeks ago and just brought Soto up. Blanco has to be on the roster before Sept. 1st to be eligible for the playoff roster. Plus, Hill has been pretty pathetic and was just wasting a roster spot. I'm guessing we'll see Soto finally get the callup once Sept. 1st hits. It's anyone's guess why Soto hasn't been called up already.

    Lou just said there would be a couple roster moves made tonight. I'm guessing Blanco is on his way up and Hill is on his way out.
