  1. Ben gave up at least one run in the last 10 games or so, if I remember correctly. The Cubs just need to score more.
  2. I agree. Shota, Cade, then Boyd would be the way to go.
  3. Oh, I remember that one. He was done in the middle of the 2nd.
  4. I think in the last 2 months, ERA is less than 1.50.
  5. More than likely, Ben Brown will come up next. We need more runs.
  6. No hitter! I don't think Cade will be back for the 6th.
  7. Shota could have pitched one more inning yesterday, but he didn't, which was good.
  8. Yeah, I know that, but I wish he can pitch 90 or so, which he did in July. But, for now, we don't want any of our SP to get injured. So, it's fine.
  9. In the last two months, he's one of the best for sure. He just needs to pitch one or two more innings per game. Then, he'll be perfect.
  10. Yeah, after that, I think he didn't hit for the last 5 games or so, until today. I didn't expect a hit from him, so that was great.
  11. Sweeping Atlanta will be super smashing great. 😀
  12. Palencia has been like Ryan Pressly, stressful.
  13. That's what every Cubs fan wants. Scored runs in only one inning, and that was long. I think Shota rested too long.
  14. When was the last time Seiya hit a home run? Must be very long time ago.😁
  15. Shota is doing fine, as long as he doesn't allow any more run. His pitch count is still low, and he could probably pitch two more innings. How many Cubs SP can pitch 7 innings consistently? Basically, only Shota lately. His command isn't great today, though.
  16. That's OK with me. He had very low pitch count, because he didn't need to strike them out.
