Judging by what UGA has returning and their schedule vs. what FSU has returning and their schedule, I would say that he is much more likely to meet the incentive clauses in his FSU contract than he is in the UGA contract - meaning he will take a pay cut. Taking out salary considerations, I'm thinking he was a year away from a HC spot. Now, he'll have to rebuild UGA, and is likely 2-3 years away from a HC spot - if he's able to rebuild them quickly. Additionally, Mark Richt is on a perpetual "warm" seat at UGA, and the staff might get the ax if they have another mediocre season, injuries or not, and it's unknown if he would stay or be part of the house cleaning. Lots of variables in the UGA move, combined with the timing of it.
