  1. can we at least agree that the bears suck a lot?
  2. ooh ooh how else does our team suck?
  3. TELL ME MORE.....
  4. i knew a guy who switched teams a while ago and then he switched back.
  5. i saw that. i think that when tyson's completely healthy, he can give bolt a race, especially in the 200.
  6. i'm wondering if the league will hand out some fines on carter for those hits. how is it just legal to go around hitting people with your helmet? are you incapable of hitting someone without being dirty?
  7. you jerkass.
  8. I wouldn't doubt it, Floyd is great. Potential WR class next year with Bryant, Crabtree, and Floyd is pretty good. Followed by some smaller speed guys like Jordan Shipley and Golden Tate and there are a lot of options suddenly, plus a lot more I am not even thinking of. yeah, arrelious benn is dogmeat.
  9. bucs in OT one year, can't remember which one.
  10. The Bears outplayed GB for most of the game and just basically had a worst case scenario in terms of turnover ratio (and one of the most idiotic plays I've ever seen) and the Steelers looked unimpressive against a Titans team who I don't think is all that great.... Take away any single one of those numerous horrible plays (the interceptions while in position to score, the screwed up routes, the fake punt, etc.) and the Bears could easily have won that game despite screwing up badly. They played better football and then basically blew it multiple times. It's too early to really say but I think GB is a better team than Tennessee... I'm worried about this game, and I expect a loss, but it isn't because of how either team looked in their first games. I didn't really come away impressed with the Steelers based on their first game... yeah, if the bears manage that game right, they win easily. it's tough to turn such a one-sided game into a loss, but it happens occassionally. i love the way the defense looked and i love that bowman is starting in place of vasher. urlacher, we can live without as long as the line gets the kind of pressure they got against the pack. they'll need to hit ben a little harder because he's a big fat tubofguts, but he'll go down just the same.
  11. a few observations of the game: 1. the bears are a better team than the packers. they dominated the game in every facet except turnovers. 2. turner needs to go. his offense is predictable and frustrating. it's not geared for a dynamic quarterback like cutler and doesn't accent his strengths. hire mike shanahan. 3. packer fans are fucks, although their douche-to-normal ratio is lower than bear fans'.
  12. how the [expletive] did kim clijsters just rediscover her game enough to beat the williams sisters? what a bunch of crap.
  13. fast eddie mcgee looking good against isu despite throwing a bad pick.
  14. my guilty pleasure is that i really really like hail to the victors.
  15. my feed must be on delay or something because i see 31-31 and 4th down for wisco. nevermind, i was under the impression that fsu gets the ball back. w00t, the slow and boring cheeseheads take all those california dynamos have to give.
  16. my feed must be on delay or something because i see 31-31 and 4th down for wisco.
  17. he must be the highest-rated recruit in duke football history.
  18. ella's deli is bomb, too.
  19. that guy from racine is the size of a linebacker and just outran that entire californian secondary.
  20. nice run by clay, there.
  21. They're cleared to play this season and nothing further will be decided until after the year. What a bunch of BS the bright side is maybe they'll catch the shawne merriman disease.
  22. yeah, football is an extremely complicated sport, and it's pretty cool listening to the people who played it trying to put the experience into layman's terms.
  23. i'd rather put trust in FO than in the usual suspects when putting everything together and in context. i like personal testimones of ex-players regarding what it's like to be in an NFL locker room or to learn a new playbook or defense, but insomuch as putting it all together to understand results, you have to go with statisticians.
