  1. CAN WE PLEASE BEAT THIS TERRIBLE ROAD TEAM?
  2. pray for a packers loss because it doesn't appear to be our day
  3. well, we need to score on this possession. they got lucky on the bennett drop, first drop in two years on an easy touchdown. that stuff always happens to jay.
  4. he probably read andy's diary
  5. i would pay money to see wisconsin hold down notre dame and violate them in a bowl game.
  6. Damn. oh [expletive]. that sucks, even if he did take a [expletive] in a towel and make the manager clean it up.
  7. that's exactly what meatballs say and why they're meatballs. I just assumed "meatballs" said things like, "They should have kicked him in the nuts, then he wouldn't have caught it." haha
  8. more pseudo-joke-like than the last
  9. it was a joke but it was like a bum joke
  10. the meatballiest thing of all is presenting a common meatball reaction as some sort of great epiphany. i can't tell you how many people i heard the next day talking about "the funny thing is this all wouldn't matter if he would have just batted the ball down." that;s how i know you're a meatball. well, that and the other stuff.
  11. that's exactly what meatballs say and why they're meatballs. I just assumed "meatballs" said things like, "They should have kicked him in the nuts, then he wouldn't have caught it." no, a meatball generally starts thoughts off like "in my day......", or "this wouldn't have happened if ditka were alive today."

  13. Fixed. I keep talking to some of my friends who are Packers fans, and they are starting to agree with me about this one. Had one of Jennings, Williams, or Woodson just swatted the ball, instead of trying for an interception, the ref wouldn't have had a chance to blow the call. They didn't NEED an interception there. Just swat the ball out of play and be done with it. sure, that works: i hate this meatball concept that batting the ball down is some kind of foolproof way to defend the hail mary. the same coaches that teach you to bat the ball down also teach the tip drill. catch the [expletive] ball
  14. well, like you said, they have a road win because any quarterback other than cutler gets eaten by zombies and becomes a zombie themselves and then wanders around the post-apocalyptic landscape until whenever it is zombies die, if they even do. seriously, nobody else can make this offense go.
  15. i think it's awesome for missouri that they did what they did. good for them.
  16. Purdue has a scholarship open, a need at guard, and apparently Dixon and Painter have a relationship from when Painter recruited him. Purdue is extremly conservative though so I doubt it happens - and I don't really think I would want it to happen. These situations are so tough though because do you condemn a kid for life for accusations? Reading the articles it sure seems like he did it, but yeah, passing judgment on a kid after reading a couple articles... idk... I don't know anything about him as a person. you don't know anything about a lot of people who are in jail, either. would you set them loose on the purdue campus?
  17. I wonder if he'll have trouble finding somewhere to transfer. Granted, he hasn't been found guilty of anything, but that's a lot of baggage. He'd have to sit out a year and only have one semester left to play, too. He'd probably almost be better off just trying to get his overseas career started right away. http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/blog/eye-on-college-basketball/21194650/report-michael-dixon-done-at-missouri
  18. did mike mayock just refer to assante samuel as "juan samuel"?
