    I really don't know how this rating system works, but the 49ers were #1 and their stud had a +40.4 rating vs. the -0.8 rating for the Bears 'stud' Yep. As the summary for the Bears said, their best lineman just "don't get beat regularly". oddly enough, FO has the bears as better in pass blocking than the niners.

    it was never cute. but yes, somebody actually thought it was an english communication once. the grandest wordsmith of all time at that. lay off the guy, it's not like he was pursuing a career in journalism or anything where grammar is important the coincidental thing is that he was hired to do kyle's old job.

    The accusation was not made toward Trestman. What is he supposed to refute? He's a lawyer, is he not? I'm sure he sees no upside to responding to this stupid storyline. and it makes total sense to tell everyone and anyone when you are trying to throw the largest sporting event in the world. i'm sure he wanted everyone to know.

    At best, he's maybe (?) a marginal upgrade to Cutler. I think they're probably about equal. Thinking this team will somehow turn around by giving up multiple first round picks to get Flacco is stupid, especially when that decision is based on one half of a game. Flacco would have been murdered behind our line by now.

    One more early in the period and I'd bet it happens. Although he's gotten smoked by some of the most gifted offensive players in the league. Not much of this has been his fault. All that said I still want him to skate off hanging his head in shame. that would be great
