Yeah, I like Jones more than a late 2nd-early 3rd pick. I wouldn't take him in the first, but I'd consider him fair game after that. i'd take him in the first if we like him, won't be able to trade down and he won't be available at #50. -
i didn't say anything about being the highest paid. joe flacco played better than any other quarterback in the playoffs, he had a stupid TD/INT ratio. how often does an average qb do that? Well by TD/INT ratio he was the 12th QB. (11th if you take out Kolb) Just ahead of NFL great, Matt Shaub. http://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats/touchdown-to-interception-ratio/2012/ and yet flacco is the one with the 11-0 ratio in the playoffs. i ask again, when is the last time an average qb went off like that in the playoffs?
