    why is the NCAA allowing OSU to do their own investigation? it seems like all they want to do is question the football player and then throw up their hands and declare boys will be boys. they don't seriously want to uncover anything and appear to be actively assisting in some kind of coverup. it doesn't make any sense. of course the school is going to try to protect it's milk supply.

    So am I in the minority in thinking Zona is the better gig? I'm kind of surprised by this. Was Miller unhappy there? Because it looked like he was creating a monster. if you're some west coast puke then yes! but seriously, at best, it's a lateral move. i'd say arizona has the more prestigious program, but maryland has a recent national title and plays in the acc. it's probably just his preference to be on the east coast, near where he's from. i know some people can't believe he's leaving the west coast though.

    Haugh is an idiot and a terrible writer. he uses more stupid analogies and metaphors then any other person alive, often several for the same lame point. if there were some rule against it or the ravens had missed their man because of it, he'd have a point. but the fact remains that there isn't and they didn't. the bears know this, the ravens know this, and the rest of the league knows this. the ravens can claim that they missed their man, but it would only reflect negatively on them since the rest of the league would know that they are lying. no one is going to be reticent to enter into any deals with the bears because they didn't give up a pick as everyone knows the ravens didn't suffer one bit because of the botched deal. if the bears gave up a pick, the ravens, who lost absolutely nothing in this fiasco, would be taking advantage of the bears.
