  1. petrino is bad, too. heartless, gutless, and weak.
  2. friends again?
  3. give me a coach you like
  4. i would liken hanie to christian ponder, but i think he'll play with a lot more poise and caution. the tools and physical abilities are the same, though.
  5. lol, there's nobody at the minnesota game.
  6. with urlacher and briggs in charge, driving the defense, i feel comfortable. you know that they are going to demand the best from everyone, and that they'll get maximum effort. it's really going to suck when they're gone.
  7. if he has the worst year ever and rose and deron have ridiculously fabulous years, he will still be ranked ahead of them.
  8. good deal for imb, bad deal for people that live in the civilized world around other people.
  9. i missed rose a lot. otherwise, i had football, hockey, and theo talk to keep me company. glad to see the NBA is back.
  10. it's too easy, he's got one thing and the rest of it is whiny incoherent rambling, trying to discover some [expletive]-ass thesis. it's just not fair to him.
  11. oh lord, restate your point in a better way, you drama queen
  12. yeah, you got nothin
  13. likewise, your daily stream of consciousness posts are annoying, i liked you better when......well it's always been like this, hasn't it? but i invite you to restate your original point in a clearer way.
  14. nice try, the few coherent statements in your post verified the fact that you were trying to argue against what i had said. but most of the post is pretty much a nonsensical hyperbole/strawman. if i can translate and condense, you were saying: "if caleb hanie is such a pro-bowler, why was he a 3rd string quarterback? but despite the fact that he was a 3rd string quarterback, i still think he's going to play just as good if not better than jay cutler." i have no idea what idea of mine that you were arguing against, you were pretty much just saying things.
  15. good point, i forgot that rain man was in tennessee when haynesworth did almost the exact same thing that suh just did.
  16. i don't even know what the [expletive] you are arguing here. make sense, man.
  17. The Raji INT was just a lack of experience. Wasnt' really a head scratcher. He just missed the big fat man dropping into the zone. nor was the last interception. he was a backup quarterback thrown into a high-pressure situation trying to make a play. in retrospect he had the whole right side of the field to run into, but he stepped up, avoided the rush, and tried to squeeze it in. i don't see how it was a "head-scratcher", UMFan is just being willfully cynical.
  18. check out 7:48, that's exactly what makes me optimistic regarding hanie.
  19. suh's sister and mother don't think he's a dirty player. what clever thing did rain man have to say about it?
  20. [expletive] off cowboys [expletive] off and die
  21. I like that the article says creditable sources. I wonder how Florida fans are feeling about this. He retires a year ago citing health and family reasons, and now he's already back to coaching. I think its interesting that he'd take the job without finding what OSU is in for when NCAA sanctions come down. They have been pretty arrogant about the whole Pryor/tat-5 thing. ohio state already punished themselves for their rampant cheating and loss of institutional control, they will no longer allow their players to get tattoos on wednesdays or thursdays. problem solved and everybody's satisfied.
  22. they aren't even allowed to dribble the ball, it's all passing and moving without the ball like some ivy league team. i've finally seen enough, get a coach who runs an offense that will take advantage of talent rather than force the talent to play in a system that renders it faceless and impotent.
  23. hasn't that "not losing games" sheen come off of orton in the last few years?
  24. meyers with 22-12-5 last night. i hope he continues to do this.
