  1. I love that that site is called Yakyu Baka.
  2. Is this because if the Ravens win out (beating Cincy in the process) they will win the North and send Miami into a tiebreaker with Cincy which Miami wins? Yep, exactly.
  3. Thanks, Steelers. Dolphins now control their own playoff destiny.
  4. Eh, sort of. Except the guys I'm describing have been having 3-4 really good years, and Sabo pretty much had one that was on par with the Cardinals players. Also, Sabo was a younger college player and was drafted in the 2nd round. I was gonna say Paul Lo Duca thread, but I forgot what an amazing outlier that one season was.
  5. This is basically the Chris Sabo thread.
  6. I wouldn't mind Balfour just because I think his name is hilarious for a pitcher.
  7. It'd certainly up the intimidation factor.
  8. She hasn't been attractive since the Mask. How did you take this out of my fingers before I could type it?
  9. I just want Syndergaard for the name.
  10. If I wanted to see him dance around before hitting the wrong hole, I'd just watch more Colts games.
  11. Bumping this to say that if you do nothing else, read the George Clinton and MIA stories.
  12. I have precious few celebrity stories, aside from seeing like 5 dudes trying to holla at Chilli from TLC on my very first trip to Lenox Mall in Atlanta. Also, for non-regular-guy celebrity stories, this is gold: http://www.hypnagogics.com/questo
  13. baseball reference has them also.
  14. That is the Vontae Davisest thing ever.
  15. The Pittsburgh one is amazing.
  16. He was always known for his accuracy from deep.
  17. The real question I have with the Washington football franchise is how their head coach has gradually turned into the logo over the years.
  18. Reading the comments, I'm just glad I'm not the only one who looked at that picture and thought "why is that guy defiantly macing himself in the face?"
  19. The other thing that bothers me about prospect talk is the whole TOR thing. It's that thing everybody talks about but nobody actually defines, I guess because everybody always assumes everybody else knows what they mean, even if they don't. What does it mean when you say a guy doesn't project to be a top of the rotation pitcher? Is that a projection of how well he'll pitch, how many innings he can pitch, or what? Because, based on the framing, the definition seems very inconsistent.
  20. Nobody was offended, I just found it peculiar that you could even non-literally call the AFC "historically bad" when they're 19-13 vs. the NFC this year. I don't really know what to say to the rest of that, so I won't.
  21. In what way is the AFC "historically bad" this year?
  22. Not even the worst in their division. Who do you think is worse? Jets or Bills? YES Stevie Johnson+Robert Woods and Stephen Hill+ Santonio Holmes > Dobson, Thompson and co. Not better than the Bills, no, at least not at this juncture. Better than the Jets easily. Edelman and Amendola are both better than any receiver the Jets have. Stephen Hill is a marginal receiver. Holmes isn't anything special. He's an average receiver these days, if that. Kerley is the best receiver the Jets have.
  23. Not even the worst in their division.
  24. If only QBR wasn't a joke. EPA I'm not really familiar with.
