  1. The poles are in row 7, so you're behind them.... still trying to figure out where that specific pole is, and which side your seats are on
  2. 218-3 the seats, i meant. i'm fairly sure 3 digit seats are on the right side of a section and one digit seats are on the left side. Someone back me up on this one.
  3. Are they 3 digit numbers or 1 digit numbers?
  4. Thanks for posting. Should be some good matchups. I really like the AC Milan/Bayern Munich matchup. Hopefully they'll show that game on 4/3. I doubt it. English teams always get preference. My bets are on PSV-'Pool and Man U-Roma
  5. Oh hell yes! CONCACAF Gold Cup semis and final are going to be in Chicago!
  6. ahead, i waited another 30 seconds after i saw your post to see the Jones hit it was still EPatt
  7. In case anyone hasn't been listening, Dan Plesac would like you to know that the health of the pitchers is a big deal to the Cubs this year. For the 83rd time.
  8. Plesac is really enjoying his talking points. So much that Len couldn't actually announce what was going on there.
  9. Good Lord Plesac's talking is almost as annoying as my Sensory professor.
  10. Plesac is now talking up Izturis by giving a one minute schpiel on his defense and then tacking on "and he can hit a little bit too" at the end.
  11. This may surprise you guys, but Dan plesac says that the difference between the National and American leagues is that the pitcher hits in the national League.
  12. I don't think Roma are going to enjoy Cristiano Ronaldo very much. He's playing at a very high level. I'm sure they won't. Still pumped. I don't think Man U are going to enjoy Mancini and Taddei very much either. Also, here are the potential semifinal matchups: Semi-finals [April 24/25 & May 1/2] Chelsea/Valencia v PSV/Liverpool Roma/Man Utd v Milan/Bayern Munich
  13. Man U. Awesome.
  14. Lennon gives England a point of attack that they desperately need, whereas Beckham just slows them down and limits them in comparison.
  15. Yep. Lennon is awesome.
  16. Forza Roma! What a fantastic win! Check out mancini's sextuple stepover goal: http://www.d1g.com/video/show/?id=562012
  17. Now he'll cry himself to sleep on his huge pilla.
  18. To those of you with Fox Soccer Channel: watch the West Ham vs. Tottenham match from today. Best game I've seen all year. It's on tomorrow afternoon at 2 PM central time. Tape it. That goes for you guys that don't like soccer. Watch this match and you'll see what sort of game it can be.
  19. I've heard of people buying too many, and it didn't come out until ticket printing time that they'd gotten their purchases canceled. So I think you'll have to hang in for several more weeks to see if you're off the hook or not.
  20. Awesome stuff from Levine. Bite me, Joe Morgan. The other former players are idiots just like you.
  21. aping = mimicking acromegaly is more commonly referred to as gigantism. I guess that biology degree is paying off for me, eh. Acromegaly isn't gigantism. They're the two disorders caused by overproduction (or, in this case, overuse) of growth hormone, but the key difference is whether the growth plates of the bones have fused yet. In the case of gigantism, the growth plates have not fused and the long bones can get longer (i.e. Robert Wadlow). In the case of acromegaly, the growth plates have fused, and you get a number of symptoms consistent with growth of non-long bones, such as spade-shaped hands and brow and jaw protrusion. /spent wayyyyyyyy too long studying biology
