  1. Since this is going to be an on going issue throughout this season, I figured we might as well have a thread on it. The current bullpen as it stands: Lopez - meh Camp - why is he here? Dolis - probably good to see what he has Russell - good Castillo - really raw, not a bad idea for a re-building team, but needs a lot more time in the minors Wood - hopefully can turn it on, but is probably going to struggle for consistency, as he did in Cleveland Marmol - needs serious coaching. So of the 7, Lopez, Camp and Castillo have no place in the majors, and Marmol needs serious help. The question is who is available either in the minors or for cheap.
  2. I voted yes because I hate most Cubs fans, but I'm hoping for a standing ovation to drown out the jackasses that do boo.
  3. Please tell me someone else clicked that link. Man, that really let me down.
  4. That was the last thing I was expecting when I clicked. Damn.
  5. I see the Pirates no longer exist.

  11. I'm no good with Photoshop, but I picture something terrible happening in the skies above. I see the giant baseball crushing Bumblebee Man in 22 Short Films About Springfield.
  12. I hope it malfunctions and burns the stadium to the ground. I hope it malfunctions and they can't turn it off.
  13. Too late: I also found it really funny that when typing in herpes, Google was certain I was trying for Herman Cain.
  14. Bengals over Texans Steelers over Broncos Saints over Lions Falcons over Giants Bengals over Pats Ravens over Steelers Packers over Falcons 49ers over Saints Ravens over Bengals Packers over 49ers Packers over Ravens

  16. Wierd deal for the DBacks. All it does is push Parra, a better fielder with similar offensive numbers, who is 5 years younger...and cheaper, to the bench. Must be hoping Kubel returns to his 2009 form, but I doubt it. 2009 looks more like an outlier then a trend, as it the only year he put up a OPS over .805.
  17. Using ESPN's Playoff Machine I managed to create a scenario with 14 teams (including the entire AFC playoffs) at 10-6. AFC: 1. 10-6 Denver 2. 10-6 Houston 3. 10-6 Baltimore 4. 10-6 New England 5. 10-6 Pittsburgh 6. 10-6 Tennessee 7. 10-6 Oakland 8. 10-6 NY Jets 9. 10-6 Cincinnati NFC: 1. 14-2 Green Bay 2. 12-4 San Francisco 3. 10-6 Dallas 4. 10-6 New Orleans 5. 10-6 Atlanta 6. 10-6 Detroit 7. 10-6 Chicago
  18. Billick needs to be slapped on the back of the head.
  19. I think the official decided to deal with the challenge first and then figure out the penalties.
  20. Briggs clearly hit Johnson in the head...wait, no he didn't.
  21. You think they care?
  22. Dirtiest team in the league.
  23. Two turnovers and two great punt returns have set-up short fields/already a TD.
  24. Lovie is really doing a good job running the defense today.
