    No Gordon. Jackson, Conforto, Pentecost I'm still predicting Pentecost, but wouldn't be surprised if it's Conforto. Probably comes down to whether they think Jackson/Pentecost can stick and be successful as a catcher (Pentecost is more likely, so that's why I'm leaning towards him). ETA: Or Schwarber, slipped my mind on him.

    I'm not much of a hockey expert but I thought it was odd the announcers laughed it off as playoff shenanigans. or the blues player who jammed his stick into Shaw's head. no penalty for him. [expletive] these refs

    I hate how the hawks play defense. too much waiting around for things to happen. oshie shouldnt have been able to simply stand in front of the crease like that. not with two hawks players there.

    The Blackhawks' have had 23 games go to OT this season, including Thursday. Not counting the shootouts, they've won once.

    3? Rusin, Russell and who? Don't say Wright since he apparently doesn't exist anymore. Seriously, is Wright injured or something? He hasn't been used since April 4th. ETA: Dammit. Spent too long trying to figure out if he was before posting.

    The Cubs play the Pirates 19 times this year (9 at home, 10 away). All 19 games come within 3 two week spans. The first is now, the second is in June, and the third in September. March 31 - April 10 June 9 - 22 (Includes a 4 game away series) September 5 -14

    In the initial 5 year contract yes, but that's since run out (2011) and now he's on a new 1 year contract
