You'd think seeing what the other top NL playoff teams have done so far to improve their rosters, you'd think Hoyer would be a little more aggressive in getting who he wants now. Sorry, but Soroka and Kittredge, although makes the pen better, doesn't quite push the needle for me. Need to get that SP and another bat

Is Ballesteros a legit Catcher though as far as him being on the 2026 roster as a 2nd Catcher behind Amaya because unless theres an OF shakeup and Suzuki is no longer the main DH, I dont see Ballesteros being in the 2026 plan that gets him 400-500 AB.

I think I'd rather see Hoyer push for a Ryan and Castro package from the Twins if we're talking trading bigger prospects for Gore
