I think someone mentioned earlier, but a bit of the problem besides lack of credible arms in pen is that Ross does overuse his best arms on consecutive games to try and win that game instead of trusting a fresh arm.
I dont get how on August 1st, you decide to stay as is and go for it but don't upgrade the biggest weakness which was pitching/bullpen.
Ross is gonna be one batter too late with pulling Fulmer and saving this game
don't usually pay much attention til after September 1st. Now I just care about Milwaukee and Reds, im hoping they can be in first by September and control their own destiny from there.
