    That seems to be the story for him lately though, whether they hit it hard or soft they're finding holes, and usually the hard ones ends up over the fench. Problem with Hendricks now is he just can't pitch around those hits and get himself out of jams anymore and those dinks and doinks are being followed by a kaboom.

    I still feel Hendricks better suited for the pen.. Keep Brown in rotation when Taillon returns and move Hendricks to pen/spot starter

    I know he went 3 innings Sunday, but was just thinking he might be available in a just in case scenario tonight, hopefully not and he can be available tomorrow

    Hopefully Brown and then probably Smyly can get them to the 7th at least. Leiter, Pelancia(maybe), Neris, and maybe Alzolay are probably who they have available for tonight.

    Cubs had a 43 game winning streak when scoring 8 or more going into last night game, they were 32-0 last season. Ok, new day new game... Let see how they respond back after last night. Let be happy we're not whitesox fans because they're offense is offensive, they have hit in more double plays (9), then they have scored runs this season (8). Go Cubs

    Have to figure with Smyly and Hendricks the next two starts, barring extras, theyre gonna need the pen for at least 4-5 innings in both games. Have to think at least 2 fresh arms will be brought up tomorrow. Wesneski, Thompson, Wieck , Escobar are possibilities
