  1. Feels like a +2 or +3 advantage for the DBacks on that card. Some absolutely terrible calls.
  2. Pleasant win for sure. They got a lot of 2 out RBI tonight. Pitching definitely could have been better. Too wild.
  3. As far as I'm concerned we are averaging 10 runs per game so far this year
  4. Man take the fuggin walk Dansby. Chasing too much with this guy.
  5. Tucker had a couple bad chases there, really helped him out
  6. Holy horsefeathers that had to be insane to witness live and direct
  7. Tyler O'Neill homers on opening day for the 6th year in a row. He already had the record, which is becoming pretty close to unbreakable, I'd bet.
  8. What if Tucker doesn't bounce-back from his injury? There was an article a little bit ago that surmised he might have a shift in his approach and hold back on some of the lower pitches. My #1 concern is Steele and Shota's health. I don't think we have the horses to holdup to extended absences. I am also looking at the Bellinger move and can't help but be miffed because they didn't spend the money, Poteet is trash and has already been DFA, and Bellinger will probably rake in YS. Middle finger to that one.
  9. A major regression from Steele could be a critical hit. I need to see him carve them up and keep pace with Gallen, whom we struggle to touch.
  10. It's because he knows MIL will continue to be greater than the sum of their parts. They have similar philosophy, building teams with suffocating defense and athleticism, and they continue to churn out great pitching. The Craig Yoho guy has a changeup that drops more than Devin Williams', for example. If 2nd half Chourio is who they get moving forward, that's the type of player who basically wins your division for you every year. They have a better system than ours according to several publications, with multiple guys getting elite helium ATM. He knows the Brewers have reigned over the division more or less for the last 7 years. They are not going to be as easy to knock off as many expect. And if that have worse injury luck than the Brewers then they will probably find themselves fighting for a WC. Jed could have done way better this winter. Jumping the market to get Boyd still doesn't sit well with me. We could have taken his and Rea's money and gotten a real difference-maker.
  11. Yeah might want to do another
  12. If Tucker plays like he did in 2024 I'm pretty confident we will win the division.
  13. Vidal Brujan can't hit and he is also striking out at a crazy rate this spring. Let his ass go. Who cares.
  14. Did PCA just get hurt on that GIDP or was he pulled for playing time reasons?
  15. Saw the highlight and heard the fans booed for the rest of the game. Give me a break, there was no egregious contact, it was just terrible luck.
  16. He has allowed 5 ER in 11 IP FWIW, although his FIP is excellent. Brasier has also thrown 4 perfect innings.
  17. Workman is the only offseason acquisition to have a good spring
  18. That 2004 team not making the playoffs was just about as disastrous as not making the WS in 2003. It was right freaking there. That last week of the season was a nightmare.
  19. Apparently it has been a real battle getting rest for them since getting back to the US, and it's showed. The offense has been nonexistent.
  20. It's possible that Zavala was playing through the injury for a spell, right? Or was he 67 all season? That is an insane increase.
