  1. Don't forget he's an ex-Bears as well. Meatballs love that [expletive].
  2. My niece is a better passer than him and she's not even 2.
  3. I thought they all did?
  4. People tried to discredit the Cardinals back in 2006 when they won the WS even though they had only 83 wins. It didn't work as they didn't care just like every Bears fan if they won it all somehow this year.
  5. I know people talked about Bogearts and Betts, but Red Sox also have Cecchini as well. There's gotta be a trade coming for them.
  6. Such a Lovie move to challenge the spot of the ball. What a waste of a timeout.
  7. Wish Trestman challenged that one. It looks like a fumble and Paea had the clear recovery on the replay. EDIT: I was wrong. Paea didn't even try to recover the ball. WOW.
  8. He was embarrassing plenty of times. Plenty. 7-1 start, 10-6 finish. Good times. 7-3 the year before that, 8-8 finish.
  9. yep has been the case a lot this year too I kinda hope it's just bad mechanics from his "I don't give a flip" mode, and not his body breaking down after years of hits. I feel like he's trying to keep it low because it has a better chance of not getting picked off. LOL
  10. Trying to force the issue deep isn't the way to attack this defense It seems to work for every other team when they play Tampa seeing as they have the 4th worst pass defense in football and 5th highest pass yards per attempt. Regardless, it's not just this week, it's a season long refusal to properly utilize the weapons. To be fair, you couldn't throw it deep the first 4-5 weeks because Marshall/Jeffery couldn't run.
  11. Or he goes in beast mode and stiff arm/run over multiple guys
  12. That is almost impossible. You would recognize at least Even flow/Jeremy/Alive/Do The Evolution. It played everywhere. You might not think "Oh that's Pearl Jam" right away, but you would know those songs. I will agree with Sofa that Vedder isn't that great of a singer. At least compared to others in his genre. You got Mark Lanegan/Cornell/Staley/Cantrell/Andrew Wood/Cobain are all better IMO. There's others I might rank higher maybe, but you get the idea. Pearl Jam is just really good at what they do though. They're the Bruce Springsteen of Grunge. What's your problem. Jerry Cantrell is lead vocals on like two songs. Why do you people hate Eddie vedders voice so much. Kurt Cobain sucks. Nothing. I actually love Pearl Jam, but I'm also honest about Vedder's voice. He's great at what he does and all, but it's not like he got the range as some of the other vocalist I mentioned. So if Cantrell is co-vocalist, but not leading for most of the songs, he can't be better? Say what you want on Cobain, but a lot of people will disagree with you on that one. And now back to Lester...
  13. They might actually get in the top 25 after today. LOL

  15. Who gives a [expletive]? Be happy the fact Hank White is back with the Cubs. I hope to god he still has the mullet because that thing is glorious.
  16. Woooo...Woooo...Woooo...Woooo...Woooo...Woooo...Woooo...
  17. i saw them play it in order live in moline. yeah, i heard about that. very cool. i named my dog Lukin after track #9... i couldn't make any of the shows this tour unfortunately. i've seen them live 18 times... but to see them play an album in order would be pretty awesome. Damn... I thought I would've seen them the most with 7 times on this board. I went to St. Louis last month and it was awesome like always. Ten is EASILY my fav album, but #2 for me is Yield (I know I'm def in the minority on this one).
  18. I'm not sure what that would accomplish. It doesn't do them any good to keep a disgruntled bench coach around. This. He got to be asking to be let go and find a job elsewhere after being passed for the manager spot. I'm shocked that he didn't make it in the top 3 while Raul Ibanez did?
  19. Bears have 1 defensive TD so far this year. They had 6 last year. Gould has 10 FG attempts this year and made 8 so he's on pace for 13/16. He was 26 for 29 last year. Forte also hasn't broke out a "long" rushing TD (all rushing TDs this year have been inside 10 yards). It's not all of it, but there's your differences in scoring.
  20. http://www.businessinsider.com/what-warren-buffett-makes-per-hour-2013-12 LOL That's awesome. Thanks!
  21. I'm thinking low 3s ERA. That'll put him in the 4-5 bWAR range? Something like Garza in '11. If he goes to the Cubs, he probably would see an uptick on his #s from moving to the NL.
  22. There isn't a job on Earth that's worth that We should all work for the most we can get. If someone wants to pay him that, it's what he's worth. Imagine how much the owner of the team makes per day. I would love to see what Gates/Zuckerberg/Ellison/Buffet/any billionaire makes per day on average. Just to see the mind boggling #.

  24. Can you imagine going 5-11 and having to pick in the 20s in the draft? LOL
