btw, that 500m DQ business was a bunch of garbage. why was a canadian judging that anyways? seems like a pretty obivous conflict of interest. if Ohno got DQ'd on that there is NO reason that the bearded guy who own shouldn't have been DQ'd as well. ridiculous

canada is weird. they looked ridiculously good against russia, but tonight they look kind of "meh" (at least compared to how they've looked in other games in the tournament). i don't really know what to make of them. i mean obviously they're awesome, but how awesome? if they play like they have tonight, USA can definitely beat them again. i thought they'd be running circles around slovakia. i'm really interested in how they come out on sunday. they're going to have a ridiculous amount of pressure on them. not only is there the pressure of winning the gold, but there is going to be extra pressure on them to not lose to the US for the second time in the tournament. can you imagine the heat they'd take if they lost to us TWICE? it would be brutal (and amazing)

with the things the bulls were doing down the stretch, i wouldn't put it past them to foul on a 3 point attempt at the buzzer i've never seen a team do so many things wrong in an overtime period and still win. oh well, good win. i really wish they'd shut down noah though. he was all kinds of gimpy

Yea it was a foul, but 99.99% of the time its not getting called at the end of the game. I disagree with King that Kobe, Roy, etc... get that call i think they all get that call

lol, roy cant stay healthy though also he's worse than kevin durant at basketball Ha, ha. This is wrong in so many ways i'm talking about the kevin durant that plays for the thunder

and it took a ridiculous season and 97 wins to do it i don't know if realignment is the answer, but i definitely agree that it's not fair to those other teams in that division. it's tough going into every seasion knowing that you're probably going to have to win around 95 games to make the playoffs (and will have to do it while playing NY and BOS a ton of times). when spring training starts you know it's basically going to take a dream type season to make the playoffs, as opposed maybe getting hot at the right time and having a chance to sneak in with 85-90 wins

I would have expected a group fighting for the "ethical" treatment of animals to be against cutting off portions of their genitals. Shhh. 2 goals in 37 seconds for slovakia and then 2 in 37 seconds for sweden. i'm rooting for sweden because they have the much better chance of taking down canada, but if slovakia wins at least it gives the US a much better chance of winning a medal.
