    Impossible. We were hot going into the series, and streaks always carry over into the postseason. i love how you twist the argument into whatever you want it to be YOU were the one that made the "it's just a streak argument" all season. the ones who argued otherwise were worried about the actual issues on the ice, which are the same issues that are showing up in the postseason. nobody who argued against you ever made an argument based on streaks. you did.

    cant really tell anything from the first period, thanks to the zebras and 5 PPs. both teams had a ton of chances. niemi and rinne were great. i think if it settles down and these doucher refs allow them to play even strength for more than 2 minutes at a time, the hawks will start to take more control.

    In OT of a scoreless game, no less. after the sharks outshot them 51-17 and 42-7 in the last 2 periods i can't imagine a more devastating loss. you put 51 shots on net, and the only goal you score is on your own net. 51 shots without a goal. that's insane

    preds fans on that blog/board are making me hate the team even more. they're apparently convinced that the preds are completely in control and that the hawks "might make it a 7 game series". they were also making fun of hossa and asking how much we are paying him. pretty funny, considering hossa was dominating every shift tonight.
