  1. is david lee looking like the best one? i know about the defense, but 20 points on 55% and 12 boards a game and he jstays pretty healthy. younger than boozer and amare too. i can't believe bosh averaged under 8 boards in 35 minutes a game this season
  2. and it goes on and on. kind of a bizarre article. i can't believe how much he said about the cubs. i mean, even talking about the wrigley renovations? very weird.
  3. damn pacers, get it together
  4. shaq is unbearable. it's always cringe worthy when he gets his own segments. "diesel's dunks of the week" and all that stuff where he just yells obnoxious things for 3 minutes.
  5. that picture honestly made me sad. :(
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5zlgzIFx-g flop city even in effect during crazy comeback (:25)
  7. what the hell
  8. maybe we'll get lucky and square face will get hurt to even things back out. speaking of that, derrick might need to get on that regimen pretty soon
  9. now that the syringe is out of my forehead, i'm kind of excited to see what these guys can do. losing derrick doesn't affect the bulls two biggest strengths: rebounding and defense. we're basically going to be shooting a lot of contested jumpers now, so the defense will have no margin of error. assuming we take down philadelphia relatviely easily, i think this team would be favorites in the second round.
  10. if rondo even gets 1 game, the celtics could be in big trouble. i kind of want them to win, just because i want the bulls to play them. i also think they have a better chance of beating the heat than the hawks do. not sure they'd get by the bulls though. i don't agree that boston would be favored.
  11. I'm kind of feeling a 6 game loss to the Heat right now. i'd be proud of this team if they win 2 series and put up a fight against the heat
  12. one thing i can say about this team: they'll play hard on tuesday
  13. i hate that something as relatively insignificant as sports can make me feel so shitty
  14. makes me sad that our window might be wasted by this. i'm so convinced this team would have beaten miami if healthy.
  15. the season that ruined derrick rose's career
  16. enjoy your title, miami. this cne hurts. the bulls were better than miami at full stength, and now they'll get no chance to prove it. completely devastating.
  17. ben gordon is doing it again. 7-7 from 3, still first half.
  18. it would be really, really hard for me to get excited about next season if the starting goalie ends up being crawford. that can't happen. we already punted one season because of him.
  19. i said for a really good goalie. as crazy as it sounds, we'd have been way better off this season at least. when kane isn't involved in scores, he's close to worthless, and his point rate has dropped each of the last 2 seasons. i'm just saying, this year was basically punted because we didn't have a goalie. look at the western conference right now. are we the favorites if we had a good goalie and no kane? crawford didn't give us a chance, and i'd rather get a proven great goalie for kane than give up smaller parts and trade for a guy who might suck and kill another season for us. if somebody offered something like tuuka rask (i know the bruins wouldn't do that, just an example), you wouldn't at least consider it?
  20. what if you throw sutcliffe in there
  21. whatever, let them enjoy their series win and magic production from huet while they can. they'll realize after they lose to nashville how short lived and irrelevant their success against the blackhawks was.
  22. @espnchijon: Quenneville choking up a bit as he talks about Hossa. "He hasn't felt very well at all."
  23. remember a couple months ago when someone asked if we should trade kane for a good goalie? let's revisit that, and boy did we miss brian campbell this season
  24. no, i'd rather have the enjoyment of seeing them get knocked out in the first round
