Just piling on at this point, but a FAIL by the Cubs front office today. JH just needs to get over the Shark fetish & admit the Miles signing was a mistake also. Hendry is displaying a stubbornness that could cost this team, hell, has already cost this team

Hope good/dominant Rich shows up... We need the sweep; I just have a bad feeling about the Rockies series, and StL has an easy stretch in their schedule. It's gonna be a fun race; hope we have the horses to see it through

Grabow was double switched into the game, threw 3 pitches and got two outs. Then you take him out to start the 9th? Why? Duh....cuz Grabow is a loogy, not a "closer"

Gorzelanny has a significantly higher upside than Hart. Ascanio will likely be better than Grabow in the long term, but Grabow will probably help us more this year. As for giving up Marquis - his replacement in the rotation, Randy Wells, has better numbers than Marquis this season. Marquis: 3.47 ERA; 64:41 K:BB; 1.267 WHIP Wells: 2.84 ERA; 60:21 K:BB; 1.147 WHIP But, but you left out the most important stat: Marquis has more wins....oh, and he was an All Star too!!! Even if this was meant to be serious, Marquis really only has more wins because of our horrible bullpen and the fact that Wells hasn't had as many starts. I should've used green font
