    Maddon treats Schwarber as a platoon guy when a lefty starts but lets him face lefty bullpen arms in high leverage. Doesn't make a ton of sense to me.

    As a Packer fan, I have to say that Aaron is 100% correct here. And he's taking the side of the players as opposed to management, so props to him. I have no idea if LaFleur is actually a good coach or not, or if he deserves public ribbing like this, but the whole "team unity" narrative is so unimportant to actually winning games. I'm always stunned at how much people care about this stuff. Well, once you start thinking about average sportsball fans....

    A buddy just argued with me that Happ hasn't "earned the right" to start and his .400 OBP is SSS noise. Same buddy: Almora should start because he has something like a 1.200 OPS the last 2 weeks.
