  1. Two outfielders who weigh a combined 600 pounds make two pretty impressive plays. Also, Bob just said that god-awful phrase again. This does not bode well.
  2. Hahahahahahah it would be Eyre that would catch the first pitch for Larry the Cable Guy. I can see him right now in the clubhouse eating donuts and beef jerky and laughing hilariously at all his jokes.
  3. He just dedicated it to Harry. Larry the freaking Cable Guy... :Puke:
  4. Already talking about it....going to be a long half inning.
  5. No because Wolf didn't know it was coming. He couldn't sense it.
  6. Freaking Izturis trying to one-up Renteria and make WebGems....just get dirty and knock the ball down you worthless excuse for a baseball player.
  7. Yeah Joe Morgan....Marmol wanted to hit the biggest guy on the Braves to load the bases. Idiots.
  8. It should be much more than that Can't you be happy that we scored 2 runs in the first inning? I'm very happy about Soriano, and the patience of Lee, Barrett, and especially DeRosa. The next three guys ruining a bases loaded nobody out situation is what makes me unhappy.
  9. Ugh. Is it too early to predict a 3-2 loss?
  10. Still haven't gotten remotely tired of that highlight... :D How about a repeat today DeRo
  11. Man...screw patience....Pie should swing at pitches in the dirt all the time...
  12. Got all the guys in there you want. Still would kinda like to see Theriot at the 2 hole against leftys, but I guess there is something to be said about consistency in the lineup. Does Cormier throw lefty now? Nope, he's a righty. I like the lineup.   Riiiiight....well in that case, considering the Floyd situation, I'm alright with that lineup, especially with the way Murton has been swinging the bat lately...

  14. Even in an inning as awesome as this....the cubs still manage to have a play where they show a complete lack of fundamentals
  15. On the first pitch. Which will be out of the strike zone.
  16. Under. Under. We score 2 after a dp and a strikeout. I'm thinking over, but by over I mean exactly 4. We're just working on that good old run differential, so people can say that "we're better than the standings show"
  17. What? Lou using all of our bench by the ninth inning, leaving us without a single pinch hitter (and no, Marquis doesn't count) in the case of somewhat-likely extra innings? No way....
  18. This is a very Zambrano-esque game for Wolf here....
  19. DeRosa missed that pitch by about 3 feet
  20. Wow....a lack of fundamentals coming back to haunt the Cubs? Shocking....
  21. Alright....I guess that means it's time to start studying for my 7:30 AM accounting final tomorrow....
