Why the hatred for DeRosa? I know he's not great, but he's not nearly as bad as a lot of people make him out to be.

Yeah, it would be shocking to me if Blanco didn't start this game: day game after night game Barrett caught 15 innings 2 nights ago left-hander on the mound for the opposition Blanco is 2-5 against this pitcher Z is on the mound All the factors say a Blanco start is coming. My guess is that the rest of the lineup will be the same, but there could be 1 or 2 other small changes. Seems to me it would've made more sense to sit Barrett yesterday. Give him his offday after the 15 inning game, rather than the day after a night game. Maybe the Z factor scotched that thought. And Lou has said he sets the lineup for the entire series before the series begins. Not sure I agree with this approach, but it is what it is.

YOU DIDN'T HAVE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM MLB!?!?!?!?!?! Does somebody have the clip from Family Guy when Peter only has implied oral consent, and MLB comes in a shoots up his TV and VCR? A quick search on youtube found nothing. Its the NFL I believe, that could be why your search isn't working. And he has express written from the network, but not the league. I think the "implied oral consent" is from the Simpsons Yeah, he's trying to tape Monday Night Football. It's the Christmas episode where Lois goes crazy near the end. thanks. After I posted, I realized it wasn't "implied oral consent" or "MLB" but I couldn't remember the details.

Where you sitting? I'm in section 367. I bought these tickets from a charity group, so I'm sure I'll be surrounded by Cards fans. The First Pitch tickets are the ones where you pay $11 for a voucher for two tickets at 9am the day of a game. Then at the start of the game at a certain gate they hand you a sealed envelope with two random tickets. They could be SRO, they could be great box seats. But usually they're the tickets the visiting team gives back in sections 257 and 259 so there might be some Cubs fans around me. I'm sitting in 345 on Saturday and 593 on Sunday. I didn't know that. I might have to do that sometime.

He is that guy with one more no-hitter than Greg Maddux. are you serious? lol mark buehrle is soooooooo much better than maddux! first ballot hof for sure now with that no hitter! let's vote hideo nomo in, he's TWICE as good as maddux! Actually, he's twice as good as Buehrle and infinitely better than Maddux. So yeah he definitely belongs in the Hall.

Just looking at the Trans. map. Blue line to Addison bus? Or how far is it to walk from blue line to the stadium? Looking for June 3rd vs. Atl. Open as to seat location. My cousin is a Braves fan and we went to Turner last year and he gets to go to Wrigley this year. Want good seats, but they don't have to be great. Thanks for your help guys When I go to Wrigley, we usually take the blue line. You can either get off at addison and take the bus, (It's about a 4 mile walk from the train to Wrigley.) or you can take the blue line to clark/lake (?) and transfer (free) to the red line. It's probably six one way, half a dozen the other.

The craps tables are calling. I can only imagine Z gambling. Imagine being the dealer when he loses. You think there's a dealer in Vegas with the guts to tell Z he lost? They could just call in the Micheal Jackson robot for reinforcement.
