Yep. You called this horsefeathers. please share awesome cubs fan stories from the park. also...giants fans misery porn stories. There were a couple Giants fans after the game who said "Cubs suck" or "Scrubs" or "Eff the Cubs" but for the most part people were cool. Had a handful of people say good luck before the game and a few say good luck afterwards as well. We were sitting upper deck down the LF line almost behind the foul pole but my friend kept checking the Gametime app and we ended up scoring tickets in 103 (down the RF line but lower deck) row 34 for only $25 more apiece (fees included). Since the next cheapest was almost twice as expensive and in the upper deck, we jumped on it. There was a family of 4 in front of us with one kid 8-10 years old who was a Giants fan and his older brother (couple years older) who was wearing a Lester jersey. Top of the ninth, the older brother not only turns his hat inside out but his jersey as well. Obviously that was a key to the comeback.

The other 3 were within 5 days of each other in the 1986 playoffs. Yep, both by the Mets. One in the NLCS and the other was the Buckner game. Not an elimination game but the Angels also came from 3-0 down in the ninth to win Game 4.

I told the friend I was with that the next couple pitches should either be high fastballs out of the zone or some offspeed in the dirt. It was a better pitch than I thought but still not a good idea to throw Javy a FB that's not at his eyes.

I definitely won't be watching the LCS or the WS if the Cubs lose this series. That's a given, I never watch after the Cubs are eliminated. I watched the WS last year but that was different. At least we had Jake and Schwarber killing Pitt in the WC game plus donging St Louis to death in the DS.

and we hit the ball hard right at every infield position last night at least twice in extras. Not our best game, but its a series, not a game. When was this? We hit two balls hard in extras and they were both hits Don't remember the inning but Coghlan to 2Bman and Fowler to SS started one inning.

Yeah, the reason teams sometimes so it is to get their Game 2 starter back in Game 5 on normal rest but LA can't do that anyway. -
