Sorry - when I said players I'd prefer to McRoberts, I meant as any GM. I'd obviously prefer McRoberts to, say, Acie Law if I was Paxson.

I think he can be a solid role player - especially if he's teamed up with a big man who has a good inside game.

Hopefully we won't let you down, but KU is a better team. I also have 7 out of 8 Elite 8 teams - missed on Memphis (sadly, I had Texas A&M all the Final Four).

Prepare to be surprised. Not saying I agree with it, I vehemently don't, but everyone places him that high. Some guys I'd prefer to McRoberts: Greg Oden Kevin Durant Brendan Wright Al Horford Joakim Noah Corey Brewer Jeff Green Roy Hibbert Nick Young Acie Law IV Spencer Hawes Julian Wright (whoops, just saw snood's post) Brandon Rush There are a couple other players I'd consider before McRoberts too - especially since I expect a few of these guys to return. And I know some of the foreign guys like Jianlian and Splitter are considered lotto picks.

Way to represent the Pac-10, USC. :roll: At least this should (in theory) shut up all the Trojan fans (most of whom know fewer USC basketball players than I do).

At least it's red. It's a fantastic shirt. If the US plays Mexico in the final I'm finding some sort of anti-Tricolores shirt to wear. This will probably get lost amidst the talk of tonight's games, but here goes anyways: Of the three key matchups you listed, I think we only have the advantage with Darren Collison. Afflalo will struggle with Rush's length (just like he did with Corey Brewer in the NC last year), and it doesn't help that he's in a shooting slump. Arron needs to get down low and get to the line like he did yesterday. I think our bench will be key if we win (especially Roll and Westbroo) and Shipp has to continue to pick up Afflalo. We'll definitely trying to grind the game out and make it a total halfcourt g ame. You guys will own us athletically - but hey, so did Memphis and LSU last season.

I'll feel much better if Florida loses tomorrow, but with my luck they'll probably go all the way. :cry: At times like this, I hate sports. Why couldn't I have grown up loving Duke, the Yankees and the Patriots? My life would be so much easier. I apologize to everyone on the board for these horrible words, I'm just in a very depressed mood right now. We've all been there.
